Eliana Speck

Hi, my name is Eliana, and I’m 20 years old. I’ve always loved adventure, embraced spontaneity, and found joy in loving people well. Some of my favorite things are meaningful conversations, being outdoors in God’s creation, and spending time growing in my relationship with both the Lord and my friends. I delight in life’s simple and small moments, because I’ve learned that even the smallest beginnings can lead to the greatest outcomes. That belief is one of the reasons I love missions—because humility and love, though they may seem small, can have the most profound impact.

For me, missions aren’t about checking a box, visiting a country, or just taking another trip. Missions are about loving deeply, growing in my own walk with Jesus, and helping others grow in theirs. When I think about the words of Jesus, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few,” I feel them deeply. My heart for missions is a heart for the lost, the hurting, and for those who desperately need to encounter the love of God.

March 2026, I will be traveling to Swords, Ireland, to help launch Lighthouse Church’s fourth location. While I’ll have many duties on the trip, my primary focus will be serving in the Kids Ministry—investing in the next generation and showing children the love of Jesus in a way they can understand and carry with them for life. This mission feels different from my first trip to Brazil, where the focus was introducing the gospel to the unreached. In Ireland, God has called me to something more—discipleship. Matthew 28 commands us to “go and make disciples of all nations,” and I believe this trip is about walking alongside others, encouraging them in their faith, and helping to raise up disciples who will disciple others.

I truly believe the Lord has called me to this next step, and I am excited and expectant to see how He will move through this church launch. I would love your prayers for open hearts, boldness, and lasting fruit in Ireland. I’m also trusting God to provide the financial support needed for this mission, and I’d be so grateful if you would prayerfully consider partnering with me. By standing with me, you’ll be investing in lives being transformed and in the future of the Church in Ireland.
