Niki Thomas

Dear Friends and Family,

My name is Niki Thomas, and I’m a proud mom to a 25-year-old son in the Army National Guard. I serve at Highlands College with the Highlands College Leadership Institute (HCLI), coordinating a program that partners with churches to offer certificate classes and develop leaders. I love traveling and exploring cultures—whether by plane, train, or road trip—and I’m passionate about connecting with people and helping them grow into who God has called them to be.

I have a deep desire to serve and believe God has called me to go and be His hands and feet. Europe has long been on my heart, especially those who have known religion but not the life-giving relationship only Jesus offers.

This spring I will join the Revive Ireland team to help launch Lighthouse Church’s fourth location in Swords, Ireland. I’m honored to come alongside pastors and leaders as we prepare this new campus to be a place of hope and transformation—serving wherever needed through both practical setup and spiritual encouragement.

My prayer is to bring hope, joy, and support while allowing God to continue shaping me as His vessel. I believe this trip will be a significant step in walking out His call on my life.
